Local schools bring festivities to Television Centre

Tvc Choir

Eight local primary schools from the Hammersmith and Fulham borough have been lighting up Television Centre with festive cheer by performing seasonal carols and songs over the Christmas period.

The schools, a mix of local primary and secondary schools have been performing their best Christmas numbers on the forecourt of Television Centre, with parents, residents, workers and members of the public all stopping by to get into the Christmas spirit.

Television Centre has undergone a festive transformation, with decorations adorning the forecourt and an ice rink open to the public until Thursday 20th December, the site has become a destination of choice for anyone seeking joy and merriment over the Christmas period.

The local schools have been performing on weekdays over the lunch time period with Avonmore Primary, Flora Gardens, Hampton Prep, St Stephens, West London Free and Wormholt Primary having all taken part in the scheme.
