Television Centre’s newest tenants, Publicis Media UK, have started to move the first of their UK agencies into 2 Television Centre, with Starcom, Spark Foundry and some of the specialist media practices settling in throughout this week. The rest of Publicis Media’s agencies, including Zenith, Blue 449, Digitas and Performics, will complete the move by the end of March.
The media giant will take up five floors and bring 2000 staff to White City, joining The White Company to completely fill 2 Television Centre. Publicis plan to use the physical change to introduce a cultural shift, creating a flexible working environment for their staff and increasing collaboration through having all of their offices in one location.
Sue Frogley, the UK Chief Executive of Publicis Media, believes Television Centre “has got a real buzz, with BBC Worldwide and ITV Studios and lots of start-ups”, and that “having 2,000 people under one roof will really benefit our clients, our talent and our business.”
