On Thursday 17th July, the Forecourt was transformed into the spot for film and music lovers for an evening of original artist’s shorts and the concert-film Stop Making Sense. In collaboration with local artist incubator HQI, the evening kicked off with a series of original short films from emerging filmmakers, shining a light on some of London’s most exciting creative voices.

The energy carried through into the headline screening of Stop Making Sense, the iconic concert featuring Talking Heads live at Hollywood’s Pantages Theatre in 1983. As the 80s hits played, the crowd soaked up the music, dancing in front of the Big Screen.

If you missed this event, join us for our next outdoor film screening is coming up on Thursday 31st July from 17:30. Catch Empire by Andy Warhol on the Big Screen, accompanied by a live performance from concert pianist Fiachra Garvey, who will be playing a selection of works by Philip Glass.
