The Black Farmer, founded by Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, is set to open its second shop at Television Centre, White City, at the end of January 2025. This follows the success of its flagship store in Brixton, South London.
The Black Farmer brand is celebrated for its commitment to diversity, quality, and community. Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, the first Black farmer in the UK, established the brand to challenge the status quo and offer a truly unique food experience.
The White City shop will build on the innovative approach seen in Brixton, offering a distinctive space to showcase The Black Farmer’s award-winning premium products alongside items from local businesses. More than a retail shop, it will serve as a hub for connection and creativity, where customers can enjoy a welcoming and inclusive experience.
“The Black Farmer is about more than food—it’s a celebration of community, quality, and diversity,” says Emmanuel-Jones. “I’m thrilled to bring this vision to White City and create a space that embodies everything the brand stands for.”
