Mar 12, 2026
ShareDedicate some time to your personal and professional development this spring with Television Centre’s Personal Development Pit Stop, in partnership with Self Space.
Throughout March and April, we will be hosting a series of forty-five minute workshops designed to help you navigate the subtle, unspoken or often-ignored aspects of human connection. Facilitated by Self Space’s clinical experts, these sessions will help you feel more confident and connected in your everyday life and work.
By exploring how to navigate tricky conversations or create a culture of shared purpose, you aren’t just improving your own wellbeing; you’re building the inclusive skills that define modern leadership.
Come to Television Centre to reset and return to your everyday life and work with renewed clarity. Our sessions will run as follows:
– Decompression Session on Thursday 26 March 1:00 – 1:45 pm: Offering a space to pause, learn therapeutic strategies like grounding and visualisation to soothe the mind and body.
– Communicating Clearly on Thursday 9 April 1:00 – 1:45 pm: Master the nuances of conscious communication to help express yourself confidently whilst sharpening your active listening.
– Building Motivation Thursday 30 April 1:00 – 1:45 pm: Diving into the psychology of performance to help tap into a sustainable “inner fire”.
